• ERP & HRMS platforms (Prime360, Cortex360, etc.)
• AI & Automation (Chatbots, NLP, RPA, etc.)
• SaaS subscriptions
• Custom enterprise software development
• Cloud, hosting & DevOps services
• IT Infrastructure, cybersecurity & managed services

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse-engineer or copy source code
• Use services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Violate data protection or intellectual property laws

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, UI/UX designs, AI models, ERP components, databases, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of APPHOX Technologies.

5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

All payments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Termination of Service

APPHOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, non-payment, security risk, or legal violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

APPHOX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
